How do I pay for a course?

You can pay by card for immediate access, or request an invoice if that works better for you. Invoice requests are typically processed within two working days, after which we'll be in touch with next steps and access details.

Can I access the online AI course right away if I request an invoice?

No, if you request an invoice you won't get immediate access to online courses. Invoice requests are typically processed within two working days, after which we'll be in touch with next steps and access details.

Can I get a refund?

If you've purchased a self-directed online course and have not yet started it, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Once a self-directed online course has been started, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because access to course materials is granted immediately.

If you have any questions about your purchase, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Do I need to be a UK Evaluation Society member?

No. Our courses are open to everyone, although members benefit from preferential pricing and priority access to selected opportunities.

Where can I find the course terms and conditions?

Our course terms and conditions set out important information about enrolment, access, cancellations and refunds.

Please take a moment to read them before booking. By enrolling on a course, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Can I study at my own pace?

Yes. Our self-directed AI course is designed to fit around your work and other commitments, allowing you to learn at a pace that suits you.

Can my organisation pay for my course?

Yes. You can request an invoice if your organisation is funding your place. We can also discuss group bookings and organisational access.

I haven't received access to my course. What should I do?
